Welcome to postcardware.net. This site offers a glimpse into the collection of over 6,000 postcards that were sent in by people all over the world from 1992 until 2000 as a small token of thanks for the MacOS program JPEGView.
As part of the cataloging process, the postcards were divided into lots of 100. Then each postcard has been scanned at 600dpi, and information regarding the sender's name and location recorded in a database. Finally, data about the postcard itself was logged, including any depicted location, artwork, photographer name, and flip side text. (For privacy reasons, the flip side images are not available at this time.)
